You can elevate your creative vision with the KOMODO-X Camera Production Pack, a revolutionary advancement in the KOMODO series. This next-generation camera boasts enhanced frame rates, dynamic range, and usability, making it a powerful tool for professionals and enthusiasts alike.
The KOMODO-X Camera features a 6K S35 Global Shutter sensor, similar in size to its predecessor, but with a complete redesign and key architectural enhancements. These improvements result in superior detail and color in shadows, and double the frame rates at 6K 80P and 4K 120P.
The KOMODO-X Camera's body and I/O have been upgraded for professional workflows, sharing many features with the DSMC3 line while maintaining the compact KOMODO form factor. An integrated micro V-Lock allows for direct attachment of professional micro V-Lock batteries, eliminating the need for adapters. It's also compatible with the upcoming RED Pro I/O Module, providing auxiliary power and compatibility with full-sized V-Lock and Gold Mount batteries.
The camera's reinforced RF lens mount with a locking mechanism ensures stability and rigidity while allowing toolless switching between multiple lens mount types. It's fully compatible with /i PL lenses using the RED RF to PL Adapter. The KOMODO-X Camera also offers a variety of connection options including 12G SDI, full-sized DC-IN, USB Type-C, and a phantom powered locking audio connector, enabling seamless integration into any professional workflow.
The KOMODO-X Camera supports the DSMC3 RED Touch 7.0" LCD for precise monitoring and control without the clutter of cables. It also features an integrated 2.9" LCD for simplified control and image preview in compact setups.
For IP-based workflows, the KOMODO-X Camera is a robust platform, offering integrated USB Type-C connection and built-in Wi-Fi for remote control using RED Control or RED Control Pro. It also supports IP media offloading using FTPS or in-camera Cloud Uploading functionality (Frame.io and S3).
The RED Pro I/O Gold Mount Module offers a variety of Input/Output connections and an industry-standard V-Lock mount to power your KOMODO-X with higher capacity batteries. It also includes an operator side LCD which displays key power voltage and battery percentage information.
The PRO 1TB CFexpress 2.0 Type-B Memory Card, designed in collaboration with Angelbird Technologies, meets the high-performance needs of the V-RAPTOR system and 8K acquisition. The RED CFexpress Card Reader is designed exclusively for offloading data from RED PRO CFexpress 1TB media cards to your workstation.
The DSMC3 RED Touch 7" LCD Monitor offers an HD viewing experience for recording and viewing footage on the V-RAPTOR camera system. The RED Compact Top Handle easily mounts to the top of the KOMODO, KOMODO-X, V-RAPTOR or V-RAPTOR XL camera bodies, offering a combination of comfort and utility for carrying or shooting with your camera.
The DSMC3 RED 5-Pin to Single 3.5mm Adapter is an 11.3" (28.9cm) cable designed to break out the 5-Pin ODU port to a single 3.5mm TRS input, allowing for 3.5mm audio devices to be connected.
