Once paired, it receives stereo audio from the Bluetooth source and transmits it through two Format-A pairs to any RDL Format-A receiver.The RDL D-BT1A module offers a stereo/mono switch, set by the installer, allowing summed mono audio to be sent over one switch-selected pair to the Format-A receiver. This flexibility enables the user to customize their audio experience based on their preferences and needs.In stereo operation mode, an additional Format-A source can be daisy-chained with the D-BT1A module to a three-pair Format-A receiver. In mono operation mode, up to three D-BT1A modules can be daisy-chained to a single three-pair Format-A receiver. This feature enhances the versatility of the module, making it an ideal choice for various audio setups.Connections between Format-A modules and Format-A receivers are made using standard CATx cable with RJ45 connectors, ensuring a reliable and secure connection. The D-BT1A modules are powered from the Format-A receiver, eliminating the need for additional power sources.The installer can customize the module name and programming password through the Bluetooth connection using a smartphone, computer, or tablet terminal program.
