Try Again Rain!

I have been using a rain stand for 4 years. I love it. It’s solid. Looks sleek. I get compliments on it. So when I saw this lap desk/ table top stand I ordered it. Thinking this will be great when working remotely. Boy was I wrong. Almost nothing about Is like the other stand. Problems. It’s super light. Aluminum feels flimsy. The stand has hinges that feel like they would break of you dropped it once. The pillow your wrists rest on is bulky. It’s like resting your hands on a big velvet throw pillow. It gets in the way of the track pad and makes it hard to reach keys. What a bummer.
