The microphone seems to do exactly what they say it will do. I am learning how to use it and all the features work. I would recommend this product because it is well built, Rode is very helpful if you have any questions or concerns, and I personally like the sound.

Satisfied

I bought this mic for my run and gun kit that I use for freelance videography. I have the Rode Videomic Pro on my Canon 70D and knew that another Rode mic would be a great addition. I have only used it for a couple of jobs so far but I have been impressed with the sound quality. The one complaint that I have is the diameter of the mic. It was too small for the shotgun mount that came with my camera and I had to modify (wrap some painter's tape) in order to get a solid fit.
