These sound great and look/feel really good and I like the built in pop filter, but one out of 3 we bought had a broken capsule out of the box. The replacement was fine.

This mic is perfect for my stream, easy to setup easy to use audio quality is awesome. Recommend buying a cloud lifter or a fethead in line lifter for this as it is a dynamic mic and can be quite low volume unless the interface gain knob is turned up.

I love the look of the microphone and its correlating weight; however, it doesn't provide the "luscious", full sound to which I was accustomed. Visually, it's 5 stars and audio-wise, it's about 3 stars for an overall 4 star rating.

I use this for voice - not music or singing - with a Coda Technologies MB-1 pre amp, a Focusrite Scarlet Solo USB interface, and Audicity and OBS software. The PodMic works well with this configuration. I have tried it without the pre amp, but the output was lower than I wanted - which is a fact of life for dynamic mics and not a criticism of any dynamic mic. I have other mics that I like. But I prefer the PodMic and use it for my best efforts. The PodMic is a great value which can be used to produce professional results.

It's common knowledge that the Rode Podmic is one of the best microphones on the market for podcasting. This arrived quickly and without any damage. If I need a second one I'll definitely be ordering from Adorama again.

I am using this with the rodecaster and have been amazed by how well the integrated software works with this mic. No pop filter needed, nor even a lot of sound dampening in the room because of how well this performs!

Great mic, as so many have said. I use it mainly for Zoom and other remote meetings with clients. Clarity is great as compared to my old ATR 2100. That is compared to using the ATR both as USB connected and XLR connected through my mixer. Realy an amazing value. The mic is heavy so make sure if you are using a boom arm that it will support it. I have a Heil PL2T which has no issues. In fact the ATR 2100 was actually too lite. Adorama gotthe mic to me quickly and well packed... no complaints at all.

This is my first dynamic XLR mic and was highly recommended by people close to me and through reviews online. I'm absolutely loving it. The difference in quality from my previous setup is insane. It sounds so clear, I don't even use a pop filter and it doesn't peak when I get loud. Speaking really close into it comes out seductive rather than making your ears bleed!

The beguile quality of these mic is pure beauty. I have seen mics of much lesser built quality at a higher price. This mic is so good you don’t even need a filter. To make it simple, for $99 this is the entry level mic to get.
