I've had a great experience with Adorama. Initially they shipped out the unit very quickly and well packaged and protected. Upon receiving the unit and getting started I discovered there was an issue. I worked through some troubleshooting with Rode and after determining there was a fault with the unit, I contacted Adorama for a replacement.
