Additionally, it can accept voice signals from a telephone paging system or a preamplified microphone, ensuring versatile compatibility with different audio setups (compatible with RDL STM-1, STM-2, STM-2X, STM-3, STM-LDA3 Microphone Preamplifiers).Innovative in its operation, the ST-VP2 module automatically detects the presence of an audio signal at its input when a page is initiated. It then adeptly lowers the music to a pre-set level, allowing the voice announcement to take precedence without any manual intervention. Once the announcement is complete, the module gracefully fades the music back to its original level, ensuring a smooth transition between voice and music.The voice input remains inactive until the module receives the next paging signal, thereby preventing any unwanted noise from entering the system.
