Great product, recommend it.  Sounds clean, solid build quality (maybe a bit too heavy), the locking 1/8" connector should be an industry standard.  I use it for 1/8" mics to my GH5 with Panasonic DMW-XLR1 audio unit so I can control gain more precisely than menu gain control.

Exactly what I needed. I have a headset with a 3.5mm mic connection that requires phantom power at 1.5-9V, and I have a USB audio interface with XLR input that supplies 48V. Not exactly what it was marketed for, but works perfectly for this application.
