I'm not familiar with the Wireless GO Gen 3 yet, but I do own the original GO and am confident the new version will be fantastic. What I really want to say, though, is how much I appreciate Adorama. They always take great care of me, so thank you!

Thought I would save some money, and purchase a cheaper setup. Well that was a waste of my time. Then I purchased the Rode Go's. Love the Rode Go. Great sound, no issues :-)

the battery seems to drain pretty quickly, but setup and quality are great. I keep it plugged in while recording to ensure the battery doesn't run out.

The mic is great but the lab they include is not compatible with the Rhode receiver. Buyer beware.

The II version of this product has TWO transmitters and one receiver, and records locally. I returned this version and bought the newer model.

These are great for the beginning photojournalist. You won't find an easier setup- just turn it on, plug it into your iPhone, clip the mic to your subject and hit record on the FilMicPro iPhone app. (You will need to purchase a separate adapter cord to connect the receiver with your iPhone. ) The only drawback I've found is that it's omnidirectional, so it will pick up background noise if you're in a noisy space. I prefer my Tascam mic for noisy places. If you're in a quiet place, this mic is perfect - and it makes editing a cinch!

I’m loving this little mic and receiver. At first it was a pain because I had to buy two new patch cables for it to work on my laptop, but once I figured that out, it has been great. Students in my zoom classes can hear me better and I can wear long earrings during class again since I no longer have to contend with a device in my ear.

Really easy to use, and sounds decent without a lav, though I prefer with a lav. A little tricky to get audio to an audio interface, so you'll need the RODE XLR converter. I bought this so I could self-produce my own videos and not feel like I was on a leash. One less thing to worry about, highly recommend. Battery lasts as long as I can last.

Super easy to use. Nice clear sound. Not entirely sure the dB button (adjusts to 3 different amounts of dB) works. Didn't hear any difference or see any indication on the graphic interface that anything changed. The sound is GREAT though. I use my digital mixer's aux output to feed soundboard audio to my camera's mic in. Excellent. Great battery life as well.

I wish that there was one more stage below the lowest dB setting. When micing a loud singer it clips at the transmitter.

I love these mics, the quality of sound is great. It’s perfect for my multi camera workflow with DSLR’s, I also have the Zoom F1 shotgun but often don’t use the audio since the Rode mics do it all. I also like the display info, levels and battery on the screen for both units. Super smart. I’ve recommended it to several people already.
