The case is as described. The width fits perfectly. However, the depth of the case, is larger than the controller in order to leave room for accessories. The problem is it requires some customizing with additional foam in order to get the controller to stay put inside the case when transporting and they do not provide an adequate amount of extra foam to complete this. Some foam was provided, but not enough. So now I am trying to find additional foam to secure the controller in one spot so it doesn't slide around. Also the the foam on the bottom of the laptop shelf that secures to the platters doesn't reach the platters.  Overall, I am happy with the case and purchase. I just feel that if additional foam should be provide for customization if the case isn't already fully prepped. 

As for Adorama, the customer service gets 5 Stars! The item was on back-order so I called them, and they told me it may be two weeks before they received it to ship to me. Adorama contacted the manufacturer and had them ship directly to me. I received the case that week, two weeks earlier than expected!
