Works as hoped for. Stays solidly in place on slanted lightstand leg and thankfully doesn't slide. Fills easily, double-zips securely. Mine weighs 16 pounds filled. Yellow/black striped colors make it easy to spot and distinguish from someone else's all-black sandbag. Can be flipped to all-black side if needed, which has a strap handle too . . . the yellow is still visible/identifiable in that configuration. (Will write my initials with magic marker if I encounter someone else with this same color scheme!)

Just What I Needed

Get it. If you shoot with Nikon - Perfect. If not, they also come in Blue and Black.

I bought it for my new Flash-Point C-Stand ... Even though I don't really need it due to the fact that I just use it with my Nikon SB-600 with a large, 3x5 foot soft-box. Weight is not an issue; the stand is HEAVY enough as it is ... But hey, I am a Nikon shooter and the Yellow/Black theme looks cool.

Buy one of these stands ... You will love it.
