Questions & Answers

Shopper : HOW MUCH MORE DO YOU SEE WITH THE REDFIELD 20X60X60 VS 20X60X80?ROBERT P : I don't have a 20x60x60 so I can't compare, though I suspect the answer lies in degrees of field (20) at distance.WILLIAM G K : Sorry, I haven't compared the two scopes. We are very happy with the 80mm Redfield we bought this year. It takes in allot of light. Most of the bird-watchers we are setup near have fancy cameras with big lenses. They get great pictures. When they look through our scope, they are always thrilled with the visual experience.RICHARD T : the 80 mm objective lens just lets in more light so you can see better in lower light conditions.JOHN B : Dear Shopper, I returned the 20X60X80 after speaking with Redfield customer service who informed me my copy was defective. I cannot recommend it.
Shopper : Is there a way to connect a camera?JAMES N : Not as far as I can see.
Shopper : Why Did You Choose This?JAMES B : Had one back in the 1980's.DAVID M : Made in USA, Price, ReviewsJAMES M : Made in USA. Great reviews great quality.DAVID K : It fit the criteria for what l needed in a spotting scope.ROBIN T : I AM AN AMERICAN!JEFFREY H : The Rampage with the 20-60x80 Rampage was the same price at Adorama as the 20-60x60 version on other sites. Wanted the bigger optic to allow more light and see better at longer distances.William W : Price and value. I hope it lives up to it.Paul L : Reviews were good. Price was good.

Great scope at a great price point

What a great purchase. The scope is very rugged and stands up to the abuses of being thrown into a backpack and lugged around the mountains very well. It's great that it comes with a protective cover to keep it clean and protected. The view is very good under its lowest magnification with a wide field of view. Makes it easy to spot game and cover a large swath of terrain quickly. The highest magnification does become difficult to achieve perfect focus on objects at a distance which is the reason for 4-star rating instead of 5-stars. But, for the price point of this scope it cannot be beat and is an excellent bargain. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a scope that won't break the bank and performs very well in all conditions.

Good scope, but made in China.

This is a fantastic spotting scope, as long as you're ok with it being made in China. The build quality is suprisingly good. The clarity at 20 and at full zoom (60) are super clear, compared to Celestron 20-60x80 Spotting scope. Again, great scope but it is clearly labelled Made in China.

Great scope. You won't be disappointed!

Installed on my tripod and got some great shots of the moon. Easy to focus and get clear shots even on high zoom. Looking forward to using on my trip to Alaska this summer. Fast shipping and great price from Adorama.

Rampage Rave

Clarity is superb. I use it as a target spotting scope with my air pistol in the backyard and at the firing range with my .32 and .45 pistols. while it seems a little on the heavy side at first you soon realize there's a great trade-off in performance.

Great scope

We live on a lake and use it watch birds. The western grebes are building nests now. They are sharp and clear.
