Ultra wide angle results for when you need or want a different, sharp view of a vast subject or a subject confined to a small space. There is no focusing required, since it is so wide. Just set on infinity and shoot. The auto exposure for Nikon works perfectly and does the figuring for you. If you need an ultra wide, this is as good as anything out there.

While it lacks some of the convenient features of native sony lenses such as image stabilization and auto focus, with a little bit of work, knowhow, and trial and error, you can get some amazing shots with this lens.

Lens is solid! It is not one of those lightweight camera kit lenses, this is a well built lens.For the price you can't go wrong. Just remember though, it is a manual lens and does not have auto functions whatsoever!

I didn't really NEED this lens, but I wanted to have a super, super wide for special occasions. The lens did what I wanted it to do, but there was noticeable flare at the margins to about 25% of the frame. I decided to return the lens for this reason and will save my money for a Nikon OEM lens.

This lens is far exceeding my expectations. Based on previous reviews praising this lower cost APS-C format fisheye, I de3cided to purchase it. I'm glad I did. I got the Nikon chipped version. It works perfectly on my D3200 and my older D60. Earlier reviews said it was tight on the bayonet, but they seemed to work that out, because it fits fine. All functions work. Being manual focus is not an issue, since it's a super wide in the first place, and it works with focus confirmation on my cameras. The images are super high quality. I use it for a virtual tour program and for regular ultra wide pics. I'm very happy with this lens.

The box isn't beautiful but the lens is amazing. Although this is a manual focus lens, it's very easy to use/focus! It's very sharp and the price is great! Very recommended!
