WRONG SIZE WHEEL INSERTS

THE WHEELS ARE STURDY AND STABLE BUT THE INSERTS WHERE THEY FIT OVER THE AXLES ARE TOO SMALL.I HAVE HAD TO USE INSERTS OFF THE OLD WHEELS
