Terrible condition

we ordered 10 different colors as samples for a large order, each one of them came in a tube with a protective sheet wrapped around them, each one of them was COVERED in dings. We are going somewhere else for the order of 12 rolls of 48" x 25'. I did send in this info previously but heard nothing back.
