This innovative process involves sealing the colored layer between two microscopically thin layers of clear film, which significantly reduces dye migration and extends the filter's effective lifespan. The Roscolux Daffodil filter is made from two types of plastic. Over 65% of the filter is crafted from co-extruded polycarbonate plastic, while the remaining part is made from deep dyed polyester.
