First let me tell you why I bought these Rosco products. I recently bought a nice set of outdoor solar lights but the problem with them were they were so glaringly bright. We decided to buy three different Rosco color; amber frosted and this blue. We cut strips of each color and put them inside the solar lamps. We mixed the frost with the blue and the amber with frost.
