First let me tell you why I bought these Rosco products. I recently bought a nice set of outdoor solar lights but the problem with them were they were so glaringly bright. We decided to buy three different Rosco color; amber frosted and this blue. We cut strips of each color and put them inside the solar lamps. We mixed the frost with the blue and the amber with frost. It toned down the light just enough and really added character to all of them. We didnt have any problems with them, very easy to cut and bend. I would definitely recommend these Rosco products in fact my neighbor inquired about them and shes probably going to order some too!

It's a gel…… not much to review.  The color correction seems to be spot on.  Not the type of thing I can get excited about.
