More than 65% of the Roscolux range, including this Slate Blue filter, is made from co-extruded polycarbonate plastic, while the remainder is made from deep dyed polyester. This composition ensures that the filter's color is not easily removed by heat or physical abrasion, preventing quick fading and scratching that are common with other filters.The Roscolux Slate Blue filter, also known under the trade name "Supergel" overseas, is currently the most widely used filter range in the world, testament to its professional-grade quality and versatility.
