For new plaster surfaces, a commercial primer/sealer designed for raw plaster should be used first, followed by Rosco Tough Prime. A white base coat is recommended to achieve the most dramatic color effects. Application is easy and can be done by brush, roller, or spray gun. For optimal results, apply in thin, uniform coats using a high-quality brush or roller, and use overlapping strokes to maintain a wet edge. Please note that fluorescent pigments may degrade from prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light, so it's best to avoid direct sunlight where possible.
