Crafted with the same high-quality, water-based, vinyl acrylic binder found in Rosco's esteemed Off Broadway Paints, this fluorescent paint adheres well to most surfaces, provided they are properly prepped. From paper and fabric to wood and even skin, this versatile paint can bring a glowing touch to a wide array of materials.

Please note, the fluorescent pigments may degrade with prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light, so it's recommended to avoid direct sunlight where possible. For optimal results, use the paint straight from the can. If dilution is necessary, water can be used, but be aware that this may reduce the paint's covering power and the brightness of the glow.

For surface preparation, ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt and grease. Prime porous surfaces, excluding fabrics, using Rosco Tough Prime. If applying to a new plaster surface, prime the wall with a commercial primer/sealer designed for raw plaster, followed by Rosco Tough Prime for final preparation. A white base coat is suggested to achieve the most dramatic color effects.

Before use, stir the contents well. Apply the paint in thin, uniform coats using a quality brush, roller, or spray gun. Use overlapping strokes and maintain a wet edge for the best results. When stored in a temperature-controlled location, the unopened, sealed paint has a minimum shelf life of approximately 24 months, ensuring you can experience the glowing brilliance of Rosco's Fluorescent Paint time and time again.
