This high-quality, water-based, vinyl acrylic paint is part of Rosco's esteemed range, known for its superior performance and versatility.The Rosco Fluorescent Paint is available in nine brighter-than-normal colors, each designed to "glow" vividly under ultraviolet lights, creating a captivating visual experience. When combined with other Rosco Scenic Paints, the fluorescent hues become even more vibrant, allowing for a wide array of creative possibilities.This green fluorescent paint is formulated with the same high-quality, water-based, vinyl acrylic binder found in Rosco's Off Broadway Paints, ensuring its durability and adherence to most surfaces. It's perfect for use after proper surface preparation, which includes ensuring the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt and grease.For optimal results, prime porous surfaces (excluding fabrics) using Rosco Tough Prime. If you're painting a new plaster surface, prime the wall with a commercial primer/sealer designed for raw plaster, followed by Rosco Tough Prime as a final preparation. A white base coat is recommended to achieve the most dramatic color effects.The Rosco Fluorescent Paint should be used straight out of the can for maximum brightness and hiding power. If dilution is necessary, water can be used, but be aware that this may reduce the paint's glow and coverage. Before application, stir the contents well. The paint can be applied by brush, roller, or spray gun in thin, uniform coats. Use overlapping strokes and maintain a wet edge for the best results. When stored in a temperature-controlled location, the unopened, sealed paint has a minimum shelf life of approximately 24 months, making it a long-lasting addition to your creative toolkit. Please note, to maintain the paint's vibrant glow, avoid prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light and direct sunlight where possible.
