It's perfect for use after proper surface preparation, which includes ensuring the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt and grease.

For optimal results, prime porous surfaces (excluding fabrics) using Rosco Tough Prime. If you're painting a new plaster surface, prime the wall with a commercial primer/sealer designed for raw plaster, followed by Rosco Tough Prime as a final preparation. A white base coat is recommended to achieve the most dramatic color effects.

The Rosco Fluorescent Paint should be used straight out of the can for maximum brightness and hiding power. If dilution is necessary, water can be used, but be aware that this may reduce the paint's glow and coverage.

Before application, stir the contents well. The paint can be applied by brush, roller, or spray gun in thin, uniform coats. Use overlapping strokes and maintain a wet edge for the best results.

When stored in a temperature-controlled location, the unopened, sealed paint has a minimum shelf life of approximately 24 months, making it a long-lasting addition to your creative toolkit.
