This includes ensuring surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt and grease. For porous surfaces, excluding fabrics, priming with Rosco Tough Prime is recommended. For new plaster surfaces, a commercial primer/sealer designed for raw plaster should be used before applying Rosco Tough Prime.

Rosco's Green Fluorescent Paint is best used straight from the can for maximum brightness and hiding power. If dilution is necessary, water can be used, but be aware this may reduce the paint's intensity and "glow."

For optimal application, stir the contents well before use and apply in thin, uniform coats with a quality brush, roller, or spray gun. Use overlapping strokes and maintain a wet edge for the best results.

When stored in a temperature-controlled location, the unopened, sealed paint has a minimum shelf life of approximately 24 months. Please note, to maintain the longevity of the fluorescent pigments, avoid prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light and direct sunlight where possible.
