After experiencing the radiant glow and vibrant hues of Rosco's #5784 Fluorescent Paint in Blue, your photography and film production will never be the same. This luminous paint, available in an array of nine colors brighter than the ordinary, illuminates vividly under ultraviolet lights, enabling you to create a spectrum of captivating effects.
Whether you're aiming for a unique special effect under ultraviolet black light or seeking to enhance the vibrancy of other Rosco Scenic Paints, this fluorescent paint is your go-to solution. Crafted with the same high-quality, water-based, vinyl acrylic binder found in the acclaimed Off Broadway Paints, this product ensures superior performance and longevity.
Designed for versatility, this fluorescent paint adheres well to most surfaces, provided they are properly prepped. The paint's fluorescent pigments may degrade with prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light, so it's advisable to avoid direct sunlight where possible.
For optimal results, use the fluorescent paint straight from the can. While dilution with water is possible, it may reduce the paint's hiding power and the brightness of the glow. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt and grease before application. Porous surfaces, except fabrics, should be primed using Rosco Tough Prime. For new plaster surfaces, a commercial primer/sealer designed for raw plaster should be used first, followed by Rosco Tough Prime for final preparation. A white base coat is recommended for the most dramatic color effects.
Application is a breeze with this fluorescent paint. Simply stir the contents well before use and apply with a brush, roller, or spray gun in thin, uniform coats. Use overlapping strokes and keep a wet edge for the best results.
With a minimum shelf life of approximately 24 months when stored in a temperature-controlled location, this unopened, sealed paint is a long-lasting addition to your photography and film production toolkit. Experience the bright, glowing, and radiant effects of Rosco's #5784 Fluorescent Paint in Blue today.
