Exactly what I need to use in conjunction with my Sekonic color meter. I'm trying to better understand lighting, and these gels used under different lighting sources provide a great learning opportunity.

Rosco has always been my go-to for gels, and I'm thankful this kit exists to give me the ability to fine-tune the color temperature of my lights without having to buy a 24x20" sheet of each. Each sheet is enough material to put on two strobes (putting the material close to the bulb) or more speedlights than I'd ever want to use.

Better than LEES!! the size is perfect for my Litepanels and the color last longer if using hot strobes for extending periods.. I have the Lee's in their weird size. Lee's color fades after 3-4 times. The Rosco just hold up better and the size is great for constant lights!!

This filter kit is exactly what I was looking for. My main speedlite is a Canon 600EX-RT. It comes with a filter holder and 2 color filters. The supplied filters correct for tungsten light sources. Much to my chagrin, Canon doesn't sell any other color filters for their Speedlite. The filters are approximately 3.0 x 3.0 inches. They are an unusual shape because they cover a sensor in the Speedlite which helps correct the exposure with a filter in place. I'm specifically using these Rosco Color Correction Filters after cutting them out into the exact shape and size needed to fit the Speedlite. This eliminates using things like Velcro, rubber bands, or other methods to hold color filters in place. I simply made a template from the Canon supplied filters and cut out filters from the Rosco Kit which now fit my Speedlite perfectly while using the holder from Canon. With some colors, the Speedlite detects them as unknown and gives you a warning, however, it seems to still make the proper exposure correction without any guess work on your part. They work really well and as they get old and faded from light and heat, I can cut out more, if necessary. The price for filters of this quality is very reasonable and cheaper than a lot of filter "kits" with filters cut to "generic" sizes. I found these filters easy to cut to shape and I'll have them for many years all at a very reasonable price.
