Become a master of light with the Rosco LitePad Still Photo Kit AX Daylight, a comprehensive lighting solution designed for professional photographers and videographers. This kit features two 5800K rectangular LitePad Axioms (3 x 6" and 6 x 6") and a 3" circular HO+ LitePad, offering a versatile range of lighting options for capturing stunning images and videos of small to medium-sized objects in close proximity.
Each component in this kit has been carefully selected for optimal functionality, light control, and mounting versatility. The included 7" Snake Arm, paired with a LitePad Cold Shoe Attachment, facilitates on-camera use and allows for nearly unrestricted positioning, enhancing your creative freedom. The optional 1/4"-20 Baby (5/8") Pin or LitePad Swivel Arm enables you to mount the Axioms to a wide variety of grip gear and light stands, ensuring you have the flexibility to set up your lighting exactly as you need it.
The kit also includes a LitePad Eggcrate for each Axiom, designed to tunnel the light's wide beam for directional control and to minimize spill light, giving you greater control over your lighting environment. Transformers, a dimmer, color filter packs, cables, and adapters are also part of the package, providing you with all the tools you need for a professional lighting setup.
The LitePad Axiom, Rosco's next-generation panel, features a rugged aluminum and steel housing with an integrated gel slot. It also offers provisions for attachment of Axiom series arms, brackets, and adapters via 1/4"-20 bolt or baby pin, ensuring maximum flexibility. The 12V DC connector is removable to facilitate packing and minimize cord damage and downtime, while the lamp life is estimated at an impressive 60,000 hours, making the LitePad virtually maintenance-free.
The LitePad HO+ shares the same performance specs as the Axiom but comes without the metal frame, making it even thinner and lighter. This kit is housed in a soft-shell case with a strap, making it easy to transport your professional lighting setup wherever your work takes you. - Rugged Design: LitePad Axiom's housing is constructed from steel and aluminum making it the strongest, most durable LitePad available. The metal housing also allows for the attachment of different mounting hardware and filters directly to the LitePad
- Versatile Mounting: With LitePad Axiom's quick-release mounting system, it is now possible to change out the mounting option in just a few seconds. Whether it is a 1/4"-20 bolt, a baby pin or even a wall plate, it only takes a moment for a solid connection
- Interior Connector: LitePad's new interior connector eliminates the traditional wire, which had the potential to be pulled out during use. Based on user feedback, this feature was introduced to make the LitePad more rugged and easier to use
- Daylight / Tungsten: LitePad is available in two color temperatures, daylight (approx. 5800K) and tungsten (approx. 3800K). With tungsten and daylight LitePads, which have equal light output, there is no need to color correct your LitePad, losing valuable light intensity
- LitePad HO+: Slim Profile: LitePad HO+ is only one third of an inch (8 mm) thick, making it one of the thinnest light fixtures in the world. Its slim profile allows the LitePad to be placed and even hidden in areas that a conventional light fixture could not fit
- Brightness: LitePad HO+ offers the brightest LitePad to date. With LEDs on all four edges of all standard sizes, LitePad HO+ gives you the maximum output in the smallest of spaces
- Lightweight: Weighing significantly less than a conventional light source, the LitePad HO+ is capable of being mounted in many different ways and places
