My wife and I are both starting to learn piano, the weighted keys are great. The sound is perfect, at least to my beginner ear. My only gripe is the app, it functions and allows access to the advanced functions, but it pretty basic. The kit has been perfect, everything you need to start and it looks much better than the less expensive stands and benches.

I ordered the RP-102 from Adorama about 2 or 3 weeks ago. It came via freight in a week or 5 days or something like that (no issue with ship time). The piano is nice for a $999 electric piano with freight included and though some people may not agree, the "termite barf" case with a vinyl veneer is something I was happy to see as the material is reasonably nice given the price and it should be more durable than black paint or lacquer. The only thing that I wish I'd have noticed is that there's an identical price for the piano with seat and headphones, but when I brought up the listing, I ordered the same thing without and then saw later (including from google ads elsewhere) that benches and headphones or a pair of headphones are offered all over the place. Adorama didn't make any mention of this, and I had to go buy a bench (and will need to get a pair of headphones) - I guess it's my fault for not looking closer at current offerings, but it would've been nice to have customer service say "by the way, did you want to change your order to ____ because it's the same thing plus bench and headphones".

After waiting months to find this piano, we were finally able to get ours from Adorama. From calling to see if I was framing or if it was actually in stock, to placing the order, everything was great! I’ve been a Roland user for many years so I knew the quality would be astonishing. I was right and my wife (the pianist of the family) is already planning the kid’s piano lessons. The tones of the piano are great, as are the options of changing the playable settings, song selection, and even following along with the score.

Must admit I was a little hesitant to place an order for such a big purchase online, but all that is a thing of the past. Purchased arrived in good state and in a timely manner. Piano is awesome, the sound is great and takes up minimal space in depth. Highly recommend. Download the Roland app to unlock pianos full potential.

The instructions to put it together seemed more complicated than they needed to be but overall went together pretty easy. Was a bit worried when I saw the iOS app got poor reviews but I don’t have any complaints so far.

We purchased this piano for our 6 year old who is learning to play the piano. It was easy to assemble with 2 people. It looks great in our living room and doesn’t take up much space.
