This is our second Remobell S. We love the first 1 and added a second to the front door. The coverage is Awesome! This one is refurbished and is great so far!

Not only does is the person at your door a mile away before remo opens, but you have to click out of the opening page and go to "history " to open the active camera. The original app was a teensy bit slow, but the last update insured that you will never get to see your visitor until they are long gone. I'm waiting for the update that will undo the last one, and I will come back to give more stars.

I love my Remo+ video doorbell. It allows me to talk to people from inside the house. I get to see all deliveries even if I'm not home. It's a great product.

I have had this doorbell for many years and love it and use the app daily. Now the app is no longer available on Google play. I bought one for my mom and she can't find the app to set it up! Now I'm afraid that if I have to change phones I won't be able to get the app. Why isn't the app available anymore? The remoc app doesn't work with this doorbell. Why isn't the app available on the website? What are we supposed to do?

Bought a refurb unit and installed in 30 min. It would not connect to my network until I did a reset on the unit behind the face plate. Replaced Sky bell junk with this one and it is almost instant response once bell is pushed. I?ll need to adjust motion sensor since I don?t want notice every time I walk in.

Bought it and had it professionally installed. Wedge wasn?t large enough to have the field of view not include the wall; making it useless at night. Now, it stopped working totally and feels hot to the touch even though no lights are on.

The only reason I bought this, was to be able to see any packages left at the bottom of the door. After I installed it (at 4.5' height I could only see to the knees of someone standing at the door. I could not see the ground until almost 5' out from the door. I installed the angle bracket (facing downward) and it only let me see the ground about 2.5' from the door..!!! After measuring the distance, the ACTUAL field of view is about 160 degrees!!!!! Since the postman puts the packages right up against the door, you can NOT see any packages there. The delay is about 5 seconds, so the motion alert doesn't show him drop anything off.....

Ringing the doorbell promptly notifies two cell phones and also rings the door chimes inside the house. However, it is not easy trying to get the doorbell to not activate when any of the motion sensors are on; a bird flying by or even a porch overhead fan working can set it off. So we only use the motion sensor directly in front of the doorbell.

OK, but has serious flaws. It is easily/frequently triggered by snowfall or wind-blown dust; which is extremely common in Mountain States. The delay between someone approaching the device and an alarm is too long; often the delivery person or potential theif is gone before recording starts. Needs improvement. It appears this product is no longer supported or upgraded.

Works great after you get it sync with WiFi. It took me several times with both my doorbells to get it linked up. After it works great.

I had purchased and install another video doorbell that was inconsistent with wi-fi pick up. I changed to the RemoBell S Doorbell Camera and since installation have not had any problem with the wifi signal.

I tried other more expensive video doorbell?s and they had difficulty connecting to my Internet or other problems. This doorbell hooked up easily, everything about it was easy to install. I actually installed it myself. It works very well. I?m very pleased with the sensitivity adjustments and the quality of video.

Bought this a couple months ago and it?s been pretty great! No subscription AND they host 3 days of video clips for free? Pretty great. Only downsides are (1) the motion capture ?zone? is limited to a few preset squares which basically made me decide between getting alerted every time someone passed the house OR a second before someone is ringing the doorbell (more custom motion alert zone would allow me to get it just right for maximum forewarning), (2) the video periodically pixelates in most of my video snippets, and (3) it alerts when the sprinklers go off (probably related to #1).

I purchased the Remo+ video doorbell a couple of months ago; its price (less than $90USD), features and the free cloud storage attracted me to give it a try. Installation has been very easy with clear instruction and tool; although, I hit a couple of obstacles with its App, however, they were very quickly resolved via e-mails by the Remo+ Tech Support; the speed of notification from it App is the only my desire for improvement so it can be instantaneous rather than with several seconds of delay.. Otherwise, my Remo+ video doorbell has been running smoothly and captured all people (and a humming bird) who can to my door.

While away the supporting app allows us to view the front yard at any time of the day. Motion sensor is reliable. Door bell answer feature also is handy.

I previously owned/used the old RemoBell Silver (rectangle) doorbell. There are several things I like about the RemoBell S: (1) It's hard-wired, so no batteries to change, (2) it integrates seamlessly with my mechanical ringer inside, so I don't have to carry my phone throughout the house to know if I have a visitor, and (3) the variety of mounting plates allowed me to angle it to see visitors before they walk right up to the door.

For over three years my doorbell camera was nothing but a problem. Sometimes I would have to reset it 2-3 times a week. The WiFi provider said it wasn?t their problem. The security system said it was the WiFi system We finally decided to replaced the doorbell camera and try something else. We chose REMO and it?s been great. No problems, it hasn?t lidded the WiFi signal.
