Excellent price on this L Bracket for my trusty ol' Nikon D500. I could not find one anywhere, as the D500 came out back in 2016. The one they sent me was used, but in excellent condition. Fits like a glove and "MADE IN THE USA" clearly stamped on the bottom. Thank you Adorama and Merry Christmas!

The RRS L bracket for the Nikon 850 is very well built and fits the camera like a glove. I don't like that it has storage for the wrenches that come with it.

I bought this for a Canon 90D. The first thing you should know is that side flipping screens cause limitations in screen articulation with an L-plate like this. That said there is still some room for screen articulation while using this plate, but it is significantly reduced. Essentially, if you need full screen articulation, you will need to remove the side plate or use a separate monitor. While using a separate monitor you may not be able to mount the camera in portrait orientation due to the HDMI cable. This is a limitation of the camera design with regard to L-plates. That said, this is the best option out there for the 90D. The bottom plate in particular is outstanding. It fits the shape of the camera and does not allow the plate to twist. You should consider whether you just need a solid plate for the bottom, or if you really need the side plate, as the cost just the bottom plate is half the cost of both together. If you need to switch between landscape and portrait orientation quickly this is the best option out there, just know that it will come at the cost of screen articulation. Thankfully RRS designed this so that you can remove the side plate and leave the bottom plate on the camera. This is the way I leave it most of the time, and I don't mind the extra expense to have the side plate in the bag when I need it. This mount is rock solid and highy quality. I give it 5 stars because of that.

Well designed and quality build. Trustworthy. I don't feel like this will come loose and risk my camera falling. The fit is perfect. I like the side portrait quick release adjustable option distance, this clears the cables and the camera card door so it can be open and have cables plugged in while being attached to the tripod. I wasn't sure for a moment if this would work. I thought the cables would be too long, but the solid metal piece slid out by using the tool provided (there's a nice slot for the tool under the base when not using). All the threads are well made and very snug. Great product.

Really Right Stuff makes wonderful, well design and built products. You pay a premium for them, but in the end ?you get what you pay for? couldn?t be more true about their products. I already have a RRS tripod and ball head that I love. This L bracket adds icing to the cake!

So happy to have an L-plate for my X1D II 50C. The fit is perfect with one tiny little nit. When the vertical part of the plate is adjusted to fully tight up against the body, the SD card lid is a little bit tricky to open. It is totally possible, but I worry about damaging over time. However, it is easy to open up the adjustment bolt, and slide the vertical part out a fraction of an inch until it clears the lid, and then it?s perfect. Highly recommended.

My original 5DSr had a different "L" bracket and this RRS had a goofy addition that prevented the actual "L" portion of the 2 pc bracket to seat properly preventing the bracket from mounting on ballhead. Wasn't thrilled but it works!

I got this version of the L-Bracket for Nikon Z6II. The wireless adapter plugs in on the lower left side of the camera and the left side can extend to provide it protection when I use it. Also it extends the grip a bit giving me room for my pinky. Overall it works very well for me.

Excellent baseplate, nice touch to have magnetic allen wrench holder. Heavy construction is a good and bad thing ---good because it is heavy duty, bad because it turns the lightweight Oly camera into a heavy machine. Cost too much though (hence the minus one star)

Excellent build quality! I really like that the tool has a place on the L bracket so I don't need to worry about an extra piece.

Really nice plate typical RRS stuff. Wasn?t a huge fan of having to adjust it to pull the SD cards out, luckily this L bracket is modular so I just removed the portion I didn?t need and can add it back whenever needed.

This Really Right Stuff L-Plate for my Nikon Z7 II is perfect. The design, fit, finish, feel and look of the RRS L-Plate is like all of the other camera and lens support products that I have from RRS - First Rate ! ! ! I have never been disappointed in any of the purchases I have made of RRS products and I can and do highly recommend them. The service I received from Adorama on this purchase was first rate, accurate and timely.

This is my 5th RRS L-bracket and all have them have been gorgeously machined for a perfect fit. I won't buy any other brand

Really Right Stuff did this one really right. Simple to attach to the D500 and it makes changing orientation so simple even a klutz can do it perfectly. Etched marking keeps the lens nodal point aligned perfectly. It only adds minimal weight to the camera. The Arco Swiss mount is rock solid.

This is the only L-bracket I was able to find that has a custom fit for the camera (in my case, the Z7ii) and provides access to the various ports on the left hand side of the camera body when it's mounted on a tripod in vertical orientation. The two-piece design is ingenious. The vertical part of the "L" slides into the horizontal part, which is attached to the camera, via the tripod socket, with a familiar bolt. When loosened, the vertical part can be dragged to the left, away from the left-hand side of the camera, providing a gap of approximately 1 3/8 inches. The nut is then tightened using a supplied Allen wrench (which has its own cleverly designed socket in the frame; the wrench stays in place via a set of embedded magnets), and when the camera is mounted to a quick release tripod head in this fashion, it remains rock solid. It takes a bit of practice and getting used to, but with the bracket in place and the vertical piece extended away from the camera body, the accessory door can be removed and cords or other devices can be inserted in the various ports (e.g. DC-2, HDMI, USB, etc.) on the left-hand side of the camera. It took me a couple of days, but I became quite facile with this process with the camera mounted and oriented both horizontally and vertically. I think this is the most expensive L-bracket for the Nikon Z 6/7/ii on the market, but it's well worth the extra cash, in my opinion, as it's the only bracket I've found that provides full access to the ports while the camera is tripod-mounted vertically. I see absolutely no point to an L-bracket that doesn't allow full function when the camera is mounted in vertical mode.

This is a high quality item. I’m very pleased with this purchase. Yes, it is a bit more money than other L-brackets, but it is worth it for panoramas. I especially love the magnetic Allen wrench that comes with it so I can adjust anytime if necessary.

Like all RRS products the build is professional in every detail. The access to the battery/memory compartment is well thought out. Would highly recommend.

Fits my camera perfectly, no sliding or moving. The magnetized Allen wrench holder is a really cool feature.
