Excellent quality and very easy to install. About 8 minutes including removal of factory foot. The RRS foot is slightly lower profile and balances the 500mm f4 IS USM II perfectly on a gimbal and/or ball head. Nice to have Arca Swiss, tripod thread, and QD options.
