Very Poor Packaging
My RotaTrim was backordered, so I was not surprised that it took a while to arrive. Still, I couldn't believe the poor quality of packaging-- the machine was placed in a box with 2 thin pieces of styraofoam along the short edges and a rubber band to hold the cutter. That's it! Not even a plastic bag or anything to cover it! Worse, the box had been further damaged (presumably during shipping); the cardboard was torn and the little bit of foam had broken to bits. In addition, the box had clearly been opened-- the heavy staples had all been removed on the long edge and the side was taped back together, making me wonder if I had been given a used machine. Not a great "first impression." Still, the machine seems to cut okay (after I removed the tiny pieces of foam that got caught underneath the paper stabilizer), so I've decided to keep it.

Love the RotaTrim compared to my guillotine paper cutter. I love how it self sharpens on each pass as well. So far all the cuts I have made have been excellent. Excited to make this tool a key part of my stationery business.

Should have switched much sooner.
Much better than my old guillotine cutter. Smooth and no creeping of material being cut. And a lot safer, I've grown attached to my digits and wish to keep them intact.
