The RTS Wireless BTR-80N UHF Synthesized Wireless Intercom System is a high-performance communication solution, designed to deliver crystal-clear, full-duplex communications with optimal spectrum usage. This advanced system comprises the agile BTR-80N base station and up to four TR-80N or TR-82N frequency agile beltpacks, facilitating seamless full-duplex communication. For added versatility, an almost infinite number of beltpacks can be integrated with the base station in Push-To TX mode, enabling half-duplex communication. The BTR-80N system features a dual audio channel operation, allowing the beltpack operator to switch between two distinct audio channels. This unique feature provides the user with the flexibility to establish both a party line and a private line within the same beltpack.Perfectly tailored for standalone operation, the BTR-80N system can also be interfaced with other RTS wired intercom systems. It offers auxiliary balanced audio input and output connections, as well as wireless talk-around (WTA) and stage announce (SA) features, enhancing its functionality.Operating within the 482-500MHz Transmit/590-608MHz Receive range, the BTR-80N system ensures reliable performance at line-of-sight distances of up to 1000 feet. With the integration of RTS antenna systems, the effective operating range can be significantly extended. The system's high-efficiency beltpacks are designed for long-lasting operation, providing between 8 and 11 hours of uninterrupted service with NiMH rechargeable battery packs.
