Before you step on stage or into a live event, equip yourself with the RTS TR-800, a two-channel UHF frequency-agile wireless beltpack transceiver. This high-quality, durable device is designed for use with the BTR-800, offering reliable and advanced wireless communication in the UHF frequency range of 590-608 MHz.
The TR-800 is built with an all-metal cast magnesium case, ensuring its longevity and durability. It features an innovative LCD-based graphical user interface for easy navigation and control. The device also includes stage announce activation and wireless talk around (ISO) activation, both of which enhance your communication capabilities during live events or theater productions.
One of the standout features of this transceiver is its enhanced ClearScan technology, which ensures clear, uninterrupted communication. The device also comes with detachable antennas for easy storage and transport.
The TR-800 is equipped with an auto-sensing headset connector that automatically switches between electret and dynamic headset mics, providing a seamless user experience. The built-in A4F headset jack ensures a comfortable and secure fit, making it a preferred choice over alternative products.
The device features individual volume controls for easy level adjustment. The on/off and volume control not only powers the beltpack but also controls the headset volume.
The Wireless Talk Around (WTA) function disconnects the user's audio from the wired intercom, auxiliary input/output, and the base station's local headset when pressed. However, other beltpack users on the same audio channel can still hear the user as normal.
The Stage Announce (SA) function routes the user's audio to the stage announce connector on the back of the base station when activated. The user's sidetone is also lost as an indication that stage announce is activated.
The device also features an audio channel select button, allowing the user to select either audio channel A or B. The Bat/Overmod Light (BAT/OM) indicates the battery status, while the Talk Light LED indicates when the talk button, SA, or WTA is active.
The TR-800 is not just a wireless beltpack transceiver; it's a tool for clear, reliable communication in any live event or theater production setting.
