Just imagine the convenience and efficiency of a two-channel UHF frequency-agile wireless beltpack, and you have the RTS TR-825. Designed for seamless integration with the BTR-800, the TR-825 is a dual listen and dual talk beltpack, offering the unique ability to simultaneously listen to "Tech" in one ear and "Production" in the other. This advanced beltpack transceiver features individual volume controls for effortless level adjustment, ensuring optimal audio experience. Encased in a robust all-metal cast magnesium case, the TR-825 is built to withstand the rigors of professional use. The device boasts an LCD-based graphical user interface for intuitive operation, along with stage announce activation and wireless talk around (ISO) activation. Its enhanced ClearScan technology, detachable antennas, and an auto-sensing headset connector that automatically switches between electret and dynamic headset mics, further elevate its performance and versatility. The On/Off & Volume Control not only powers the beltpack but also controls the headset volume for added convenience. The Wireless Talk Around (WTA) feature, when activated, disconnects the user's audio from the wired intercom, auxiliary input/output, and the base station's local headset, while still allowing other beltpack users on that audio channel to hear the user as normal. The Stage Announce (SA) feature routes the user's audio to the stage announce connector on the back of the base station when activated. The Audio Channel Select Button allows the user to choose between audio channel A or B, providing flexibility in audio management. The Bat/Overmod Light (BAT/OM) provides a visual indication of battery status and microphone gain setting, while the Talk Light LED indicates when the talk button, SA or WTA is active. The Talk Button enables the audio path from the local headset microphone, with a quick press and release latching the talk function for continuous communication.
