The TR-82N is an innovative dual-listen beltpack, enabling you to simultaneously monitor "Tech" and "Production" channels, each with individual volume controls for effortless level adjustment. This reliable transceiver is housed in a durable all-metal cast magnesium case, ensuring longevity and robustness in demanding environments. The user-friendly LCD-based graphical interface provides clear visibility of settings and status, including a receiver RF meter for real-time signal strength monitoring. The TR-82N also boasts a stage announce activation feature, wireless talk around (ISO) activation, and enhanced ClearScan technology for optimal channel selection. The transceiver comes with detachable antennas for easy replacement and an auto-sensing headset connector that intuitively switches between electret and dynamic headset microphones. The on/off and volume controls are intuitively designed, with either knob "1" or "2" powering the beltpack on, and both needing to be off to power down. The Wireless Talk-Around (WTA) feature allows the user to disconnect their audio from the wired intercom, auxiliary input/output, and the base station's local headset, while still being audible to other beltpack users on the same audio channel. The Stage Announce (SA) feature routes the user's audio to the stage announce connector on the base station, muting their sidetone to indicate activation.
