Debi S : what is the weight limit on the strap? I have a large laptop that weighs over 9lb plus accessories so I want to make sure it's suitablePAULA B : It will work. I bought this strap to replace a strap on my husband's trumpet case. He adores it, it is just perfect for this use. He thanks me every time he uses it!

We were surprised (and flattered) by how many customers, after buying RoadWired bags with our standard "over-engineered" shoulder pads, asked to order additional straps for their luggage and other non-RoadWired bags. We're delighted to oblige.

Our strap is made of super-tough nylon seatbelt webbing, massively reinforced with "box-x" stitching at both ends. Beefy, metal (plastic just won't do) no-twist swivel clips attach to virtually any bag. Dual tri-glides allow ample length adjustment.

The real beauty of this strap, though, is the ergonomic, 4-layer shoulder pad. It's wide, thick, and curved to hug the shoulder. Moisture-wicking mesh covers the interior padding, and three wide friction strips keep even the heaviest bag from sliding when you're on the move. Definitely not your run-of-the-mill shoulder strap!
