I love Rycote mounts; this one is good, but the lyres are much softer than the INV 7.  It holds my KM184s and Sennheiser MKH8040s perfectly, but the grip could be stronger.  For live stage applications you may want to look elsewhere; one inadvertent bump and your mic may be headed to the floor.
