I am using this pop filter material inside of existing windscreens on various condenser microphones to supplement the windscreen capabilities. I am cutting the material to fit the shape needed. It doesn't take much in some caseson smaller condenser microphones. Some microphones seem to be prone to plosives with their original windscreens and adding this foam material transparently eliminates the problem.
