NOT HAPPY AT ALL

My kids got one each for Christmas they were fully charged the charge lasted no time that day, One of them will barley even go at all. for sure not 12 mph.. I hope we ended up with a bad one as they have not been able to ride them in the past 2 months i Just saw where there is a warranty so I'm trying to get up with customer service to see if anything can be done!!
