Review Summary

It's a lovely piece of fabric. Interestingly, it has a cuff for threading a rod through it, for hanging. The only problem is that the cuff is sewn along the 10' side, not the 24' side. So this would only be useful if you want a curtain that's 10' wide and 24' long! I'm guessing that most people want a curtain that's 10' long (up and down) and 24' wide (side to side). So I'll have to sew a cuff along one of the 24' sides before I can use it. It's pretty though!

This came all brown and moldy. Adorama refunded me, but this was quite a disappointment. Nothing against Adorama, just against this product.

Good quality especially for the price. Works well for "wintery" setups.

Material is a good thickness, and wrinkles steam out easily. Mottled pattern is nicely random, but a little too tye-dye for my liking. Makes a great headshot background if you open up the lens, colors blur well in the background.

I wish the material would release the folds that remain wrinkles. Other than that I like it.

I guess the only complaint I can mention is the color doesn't look like what's on screen nor does it even look close to the color on the packaging. I think it seemed a little more blue gray than an neutral. It photographed well, regardless. And, it's not too heavy or thick. That could be a plus or minus depending on your needs.

When I got it, the backdrop looked "dirty," but when I used it for a backdrop for portraits, it looks just fine. It is working out well for me.

Good quality but the description is misleading. It has more of a tie dyed look than a swirl effect with bright white splotches and dark gray splotches.

I wanted a neutral background to shoot family portraits at home. This served exactly that purpose. It's too large and heavy for my current background stand, but clipped easily to our house's sturdy curtain rods with cheap plastic clamps. It's next to impossible to remove the wrinkles, but using two light sources made the wrinkles less visible in photos. All four edges were *not* sewn, as I'd been led to believe. Two edges are open cloth, which could start fraying soon. If they do, I'll find a family member with a sewing machine to hem them.

First thing I did was wash it. I figure it's best to know right away if it's going to fall apart in the washer. The wash water turned crazy dark brown and the color now has a slightly red shade to it, but I like it. Maybe even a little better than the original brown.

I needed this last minute and they got it to me in time without hassles. Looked great in a make shift studio in a hotel ballroom.
