assembled my gaming PC about two years ago and all storage in it are all samsung m2's and ssd's. Still going strong, reliable and fast. no problems whatsoever, and the software is great, updates are seamless. been a fan of Samsung products since the 2000s.

1TB is plenty of storage for my PC. So far, my SSD has survived 2 moves and a house fire with no corruption, so that's also reassuring!

Its easy to carry around, compact and easy to store. I am in need of more space so going to a larger storage. Fantastic performance and speed. It is reliable but not incredibly durable..

This was the first of two I had bought and this one is still just as good as the first day I got it as well as just as good at performance as the newest one that is significantly newer the speed compares to NVMe in some cases and they support the direct memory access and direct storage with GPU using DirectX 12 and Xbox app

I had an issue with one ssd came with my laptop purchased. Suddenly it silently died with all the data I made and had been critically important to me. First of all I had to bring up the system. To avoid this nightmare I had been searching for most reliable SSD and finally found this EVO. So far I have no issues at all for more than 4 years.

I'm gonna keep it real-this the first SSD I bought where I instantly felt like I upgraded my whole setup. The Samsung 870 EVO 8TB is DIFFERENT. Like yeah, people talk about speed, but this one actually delivers. My system boots up quick, everything opens fast, and I'm not sitting there waiting on nothing. It's smooth every single time. But the real flex? 8TB. I don't gotta delete games, videos, pics, nothing. I can just download and keep it moving. That alone took so much stress off me. If you got a lot of stuff, you already know how big that is. What surprised me most is it doesn't slow down when you pushing it. I transferred a bunch of big files and it stayed fast the whole time. No drop, no weird lag-just consistent. And honestly, I trust it. Samsung been doing this, and you can tell. It feels solid, not like those cheap drives that got you nervous about losing your stuff. Yeah it's not cheap-but I'd rather pay for something that's gonna last than waste money replacing trash later. I run ai and I use vms and sandbox so I needed to have something good enough and affordable enough to do that. This drive has worked really well with the amount of write cycles I put it through and the speed is also really good.
