It was exactly what I was looking for.
I already knew what I was getting and the product outperformed my expectations would definitely buy again if I needed to very reliable, very fast, durable, and I got what I was expecting with the 1 TB. My only regret I didn't get the bigger one

A powerhouse storage unit
The capacity, performance, speed are unmatched for this price. Such a great incredible product, it's well made and very durable. Works great every time without exception, I've had no issues with it so far and I use it heavily.

Samsung ssd review
I initially thought they are all the same, I've used other SSDs in the past and they failed after a while. I read a bit about SSD and decided to try samsung and I've not regreted. It's made backing up my photos very easy with speed. I currently using the 870 EVO 4 TB SSD SATA

Worked well, but died after 3 years. Fast and storage works like you'd expect. Filled 1tb quick.

870 EVO 2 TB SSD SATA
I needed a separate removable storage drive for several computing areas at once - {1} document and evidence backup for legal and investigative work, {2} huge amounts of graphic design elements, web page drafts and more for my web design studies, and (3) worse for my studies of app development and coding through Visual Studio and Adobe Dreamweaver. This drive was never slowed, never jittered or acted strange for even one moment and I have not approached a storage level yet that needs worry or attention. At 2 TB I am well covered mine months later. Excellent drive for peace of mind.

Quite, high performance under warm environment
This is actually my second 870 EVO, and I went back to it because it's just so reliable. It runs completely silent and keeps everything moving fast, which is a huge relief if you're used to older, noisy drives. Even in a warm room or a tight space without much airflow, it stays cool and doesn't slow down when things get busy. It's also built to last for years of heavy daily use, with a massive amount of storage capacity that makes it perfect for saving everything without worrying about space. Great affordable SSD that keeps living on!
I have had my samsung 870 evo ssd for about 3 years now, and it has worked great even now, I switched from a old laptop HDD that took 10 minutes to boot windows, and with the SSD it took only 10 seconds till I was on the login screen, it is still in good condition and has not slowed down after all these years. I mainly use it to store games and it has plenty of storage to do so! I can have tons of games on it and still have extra space. I am very satisfied with my at the time $70 dollar purchase, it has fulfilled its purpose and then some.
