I had recently upgraded to a new QNAP NAS that had a couple of slots for NVME SSDs. I purchased a pair of the EVO Plus SSDs and installed them. They work with my NAS, there are no heat issues and reliability is great. I use them to store apps for the NAS which really helps to speed things up. At 1 tb, the capacity is perfect for my needs.

the Samsung SSD that I got is an absolute amazing hard driveit . it is extremely fast and I have never had a single issue with it . it's been 100% reliable compatible with Linux and windows in the capacity has been perfect .

The Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2TB SSD is actually crazy fast. Futhermore my PC boots fsst and games load way quicker than my old ssd. downloading and also moving files is super fast too and everything just feels smoother overall. I also like having 2TB because I can keep a bunch of games and stuff installed without worrying about storage. Honestly one of the best upgrades I got for my PC.

We're the best M.2 SSD I have used. Run for these on a raid cache pool without any issues it's 4 tb 7200 speeds out beat any other drives and I'll always use Samsung SSD because of the reliability latency and non-existent issues and all my devices.

Product had seamless installation onto my motherboard and was easy enough to switch over to my new rig. No errors no troubleshooting needed. Speed is top notch which is super important for the games I play. Cooling with the stock heatsink is better than expected and extremely low power draw. I would certainly buy again for literally any application the transfer speeds from editing to gaming & startup are just wow. No wild fluctuations during editing or gaming this should be your go to 990 evo 4tb gen4 Nvme m.2 Constant 7000mb+ transfer speeds to different drives.

I installed this on my older PC that I brought back to life. This is faster than my 9th Gen Intel motherboard can handle, so I'm bottlenecked by the motherboard, and not the SSD. I have had zero issues with it, and I give it top marks. I use my stock heatsink that came with the motherboard, and it stays well under rated temperature. I mainly run older PC games and office related things on it. It runs my OS and games like a champion.

I got this product as a gaming upgrade back in October. If I'd known then what I know now, I would've gotten more capacity. I paid around $70 for it, and now the price has more than doubled! But besides that, it runs my games pretty smoothly, stays cool, and since it's my bootloader, my laptop boots up super fast. I haven't had any issues with downloads or corrupted data at all, and it's capable of writing 600 tb per 1tb of capacity so overall, it's a good value, especially for the price I paid. I would give 5 stars but the price now is crazy.
