Pound for pound, this definitely tops the list. It has strengthened my brand loyalty because it is one of the fastest options, and not to mention, you can get it at phenomenal prices. I have tested many different types of hard drives, from traditional to solid state, and the performance is incredible-fast and reliable. There's no issue with data corruption, and you almost forget about defragmentation because it's so quick. It's compatible with almost everything and stays cool, even during heavy use. Sometimes it can get a bit hot, but it generally remains efficient without a heatsink. Overall, I love trying applications on it.

Incredible performance - even on older machines.
I decided to buy 2 of the 990 evo plus 2tb SSD's. One for an old Lenovo laptop, and the other for a 2021 Dell desktop. Needless to say, compatibility was spot on, and the speed of the drives increased my productivity as well as streamlining my OS and applications for business, gaming, and personal use. I would highly recommend Samsung SSD products for upgrades and improving your efficiency!

Great RAM!
The SSD fit perfectly on my MSI motherboard. The performance and speed have been great. I am able to play games like Assassin's Creed Odyssey without issues and it has sufficient storage for multiple games.

Great reliability, speed, and price point
I love this m.2 nvme hard drive this thing is lightning fast! I absolutely already recommend this drive to all my friends and customers and haven't got a negative comment about it yet. This thing not only has the capacity that you're looking for but it's also extremely efficient and durable. Fantastic NVMe SSD for Gaming PC
Incorporated this memory stick as my main drive for my new computer set up. So far it's been silky smooth with data transfers and essentially loading programs/games. I have the 2 TB edition, would get the 4 if I had the extra money, anyways that's all. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a solid NVMe drive.

great but expensive now.
It makes for an awesome storage drive when pair with my faster Gen 5 NVMe but the prices are killing me today. I bought mine last February for $250, identical model today is a grand on the Samsung site and $650 at MicroCenter

Great device from a great brand.
I had the Firecuda nvme 1TB before this. It suddenly stopped working. So I ended up going with Samsung. I ordered one without the heat sink as I already had the one my firecuda came with. My new drive fit perfectly and I now have a 2tb storage. It has been over a year and still working great.

The storage is great because it's good sized, readily available and cost effective yet offers consistently excellent read and write speeds. Installed in a Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i laptop with no issues.

Fast and Reliable
When upgrading my computer I got this drive for gaming and it is so fast. The download speed was slower than the write speed and I have gig internet. It is reliable and easy to install. I love my NVMe card and will get another one soon to replace the Western digital NVMe.
