Product had seamless installation onto my motherboard and was easy enough to switch over to my new rig. No errors no troubleshooting needed. Speed is top notch which is super important for the games I play. Cooling with the stock heatsink is better than expected and extremely low power draw. I would certainly buy again for literally any application the transfer speeds from editing to gaming & startup are just wow. No wild fluctuations during editing or gaming this should be your go to 990 evo 4tb gen4 Nvme m.2 Constant 7000mb+ transfer speeds to different drives.

Swapping out for more storage was super easy on my ROG laptop, now I've got 8 TB of storage for projects that stays cool while offering the quickest access possible to my files. Really doesn't get more efficient than this

I installed this on my older PC that I brought back to life. This is faster than my 9th Gen Intel motherboard can handle, so I'm bottlenecked by the motherboard, and not the SSD. I have had zero issues with it, and I give it top marks. I use my stock heatsink that came with the motherboard, and it stays well under rated temperature. I mainly run older PC games and office related things on it. It runs my OS and games like a champion.

I got it early this year, luckily at the price of $175. Read/write speed is good enough to load AI models that is around 40-180gb. Highly recommended

I got this product as a gaming upgrade back in October. If I'd known then what I know now, I would've gotten more capacity. I paid around $70 for it, and now the price has more than doubled! But besides that, it runs my games pretty smoothly, stays cool, and since it's my bootloader, my laptop boots up super fast. I haven't had any issues with downloads or corrupted data at all, and it's capable of writing 600 tb per 1tb of capacity so overall, it's a good value, especially for the price I paid. I would give 5 stars but the price now is crazy.

I have tested many different types of hard drives, from traditional to solid state, and the performance is incredible-fast and reliable. There's no issue with data corruption, and you almost forget about defragmentation because it's so quick. It's compatible with almost everything and stays cool, even during heavy use. Sometimes it can get a bit hot, but it generally remains efficient without a heatsink. Overall, I love trying applications on it.

I decided to buy 2 of the 990 evo plus 2tb SSD's. One for an old Lenovo laptop, and the other for a 2021 Dell desktop. Needless to say, compatibility was spot on, and the speed of the drives increased my productivity as well as streamlining my OS and applications for business, gaming, and personal use. I would highly recommend Samsung SSD products for upgrades and improving your efficiency!

The SSD fit perfectly on my MSI motherboard. The performance and speed have been great. I am able to play games like Assassin's Creed Odyssey without issues and it has sufficient storage for multiple games.

Incorporated this memory stick as my main drive for my new computer set up. So far it's been silky smooth with data transfers and essentially loading programs/games. I have the 2 TB edition, would get the 4 if I had the extra money, anyways that's all. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a solid NVMe drive.
