A very reliable and fast transferring memory stick. I use it was the primary storage for pc vr compatible games and it holds up amazingly, the size is very adequate for a general build but wont hurt having more.

I will never choose anything but this for my custom built gaming PC's! They're virtually compatible with almost every CPU! I can always depend on the high quality performance! The capacity of this hardware is bonkers, I just upgraded my whole pc and decided to go with this ssd and its fast, hasnt screwed up once and no issues with adding it to the pc.

I bought this ssd for my gaming pc and I haven't had any issues capacity is great but I probably should've opted for the 4tb but I have no complaints, file transfers are close to non-existent to waiting would definitely recommend

I bought the 990 pro m.2 and it has been great. My gaming pc boots up really fast. No lag what so ever. If your building and need a fast gaming pc the 990 pro is the way to go.

2TB is by far the sweet spot on this amazing drive, I always get a chance to upgrade my PC's I usually if price is reasonable will go for Samsung drives. Mostly for gaming and workloads the performance on this drive is outstanding, never fails to deliver read and write speeds, always reliable and never had any issues , just make sure you install it on a gen 4 pcie slot compatible to get the best speeds. I would recommend this drive for the enthusiastic person who would like longevity and reliability with their new build.

I must say, these memory SSD is and always has overcomed, any and all other competitor companies that I have tried and well, we returned all the other products in there lack of fulfillment compaired to Samsung. As and has always been with no doubt. Because, performance, speed and compatibility with quality exhaust the possibilites. If I'm gonna make it short and sweet. But given my utmost appreciation and price, and yet, Quality, reliavility and the Speed is outstanding for the price. I haven't gone back to anything other than the evo plus. Can not go wrong! Thank you Samsung! Now i am confident to fill my computer capacity of memory slots with these or the same family! 5 star if 5 star! 5 star capacity is the least i can do for the wide range of optional TB capacity to choose from, Thanks again! :]

My only regret is not buying a second one! I purchased this JUST before the 'memory price boom', unbelievable it's almost doubled in price since then! I purchased because last I knew (few years ago) This was rated the best available. Ive found there are a few ahead of it now (newer Samsung models), however I am not disappointed in the least! Remains to be one of the 'Best in class', highly reliable, good speeds, have yet to have any issues whatsoever, and doubt I ever will. I always try to go top end, and for a lot of things that means Samsung! This was purchased for my newly built 'Main' computer. All parts specifically picked out for usability, reliability and speed! -sent from my Galaxy S24 Ultra, prior phone S20 Ultra, S8 Note, S7 Edge, S6, S4, SII, S.. Still have all and all still work!

I had recently upgraded to a new QNAP NAS that had a couple of slots for NVME SSDs. I purchased a pair of the EVO Plus SSDs and installed them. They work with my NAS, there are no heat issues and reliability is great. I use them to store apps for the NAS which really helps to speed things up. At 1 tb, the capacity is perfect for my needs.
