Black Blank screen
The main reason I bought the TV was for the frame feature I've been unable to Get it to function properly It continuously switches back to a black background Which defeats the whole reason why I bought the TV

It did not last thank you.
my projector is not even working it did not last as long as I thought it would everything was working fine and then one day I tried to turn it on and nothing would happen I'm disappointed because 2 years insurance but it's only a walk-in I still haven't took it to the repair shop to see if I can get it fixed if not Then guess be me to a one then I guess they'll be giving me more money to buy new one

This lil projector does it all.
I love the freestyle 2nd edition. It's an amazing lil machine for the money. So right before it was coming up on having it for a year it died. Wouldn't turn on, unpaired from the remote, just nothing. I get ahold of Samsung by some miracle after spending 3 solid days of getting the runaround between me not registering the projector to the support website going back & forth between calling, texting, or online. I was frustrated to say the least. However I finally got ahold of someone who wanted to help me & said how about you send it to our service dept we troubleshoot it & if the projector can get repaired, repair it. I was a little hesitant but did it anyways. They walked me through every step. Sent the shipping labels to my email. & literally I had my projector back from start to finish in weeks. Working perfectly, all at NO COST for me. Thank you Samsung for standing behind your products. You have a customer for life. And I will always recommend Samsung. Before any other brand. I'm actually waiting for my WP appliances to die cuz I'm replacing them with Samsung. Now?do you know where I can get a replacement remote for the freestyle 2nd ? I know I can use my tv remote but it's just not the same. Also, picture is wonderful- so bright. You can take it anywhere, it's portae. The software and interface could be better but it's not so bad. And the projection is so crisp & you can have screen up to 100" that type of versatility is unmatched. Unless you want to spend thousands.

I have a remote job where I travel and sometimes get bad weather and we cannot work. I absolutely will kick back and put a movie on the wall or ceiling. Its not the brightest but in a completely dark room works great. Its simple to use. If you are looking for a portable projector. I recommend this

For the 1st time I feel scammed by your company.
It worked great for 6 months, then one day it never turned back on. It does not respond to being plugged in or the on touch sensor. I tried reaching out to tech support via chat, no solution.
Very disappointing for a $600+ product, I was planning to buy a 2nd one to combine the screens but that's now out of the question.

Save your $$$$
We have the best wifi package but this Frame continues to freeze up at intervals. Software upgrades have helped a little but it continues. Also most recent upgrade overwrote all accounts so we had to reload all apps. User interface actually got worse. Nice display and wall art feature are positives.

Family time buddy
I love that i bought the freestyle. Its a great buy for the entire family. It's a way for all of us to get together and enjoy our old home holiday videos and more. The best part is it's eay to use and portable. I take it camping for the kids and so much more.

Great projector that is mobile!!!
Simple to use with all in one apps already preset. No firesticks or any extra cables to carry around are a big selling point. The ability to just point and shoot your projector at any wall and have it automatically adjust itself is a plus. Bluetooth connects without any issue to any speaker that is nearby. Another plus is having the xbox app in the interface for those who game and the ability connect a micro USB to the projector to your Xbox makes gaming 100x better. I have kids and I love to take the projector outside on a summer night and switch it up so the kids can enjoy the outdoors with a summer movie. This is a great product for the price! The projector could be a tad bit brighter but it's not a deal breaker. Ive had my projector for about 2 years and havent had any issues with it. Samsung products never fail to impress me!

We have had The Frame TV now for about a year. It fits perfectly in our room. I love the available images to choose from. We will definitely buy another once needed for other rooms!

Great overall product.
The overall TV fits all of my household needs. I have yet to have any difficulties out of my experience. The interface is simple and easy to use. The picture is clear and the gaming hub is very beneficial.

Free streaming apps, excellent picture and sound!
This projector has been a lot more spectacular than I expected. Yes, you need a dark room to fully enjoy it, but here in Seattle after 6pm it's usually perfect with just the blinds down. I bought a USB cable for it thinking I'd need to use my iTV, but it has all the streaming apps I need, so I can use it as is. The picture is amazing, I have mine setup at about 8ft away from the wall, and it feels like a high-res cinema (I am fortunate to have a large white wall on one side of my living room). The sound is also surprisingly good - I kept connecting it to my BT sound system, but late at night I'm trying not to disturb my neighbors, and switch it back to its own speakers - after a while I've not even bothered connecting an external speaker system.
And what I love the most is that I can watch a bunch of old movies for free (with ads), on the Samsung Plus channels. This is really half of this projector's value imho.

32 inch Samsung The Frame
The picture for this type of TV especially due to the price should be much better than it is. If you are too close the picture is fuzzy and it needs to be clear no matter the distance.

A very good projector. Picture is colorful, bright, & vibrant, sound is surprisingly good, easy & intuitive user interface, & is easily portable. Setup was easy & fast ... Connect power and HDMI to projector and streaming box and you are off & running
