I have had this phone for a month and tried to give it an honest chance, it has repeatedly failed, it glitches, runs slow, shuts my apps down when I'm using them or will freeze, it disconnects from my car frequently when I'm using GPS or just listening to music and when I'm typing the keyboard will disappear. I have never felt the need to leave a review for anything but this phone is horrible and makes me want to throw it against a wall. I have done the updates and the very frequent restarts but this phone is more frustrating than anything, even typing this now the phone keeps glitching. Save your money

this phone is worst of the A series . performance wise the phone lags always displaying a system UI error message that it goes to black out makes it hard to get to come back on sometimes takes 30 sec to 2 min to come on. Me and my girl phone they're both purchased at same time she has trouble from hers also same problems with mine mind I think is a little bit worse than hers. I'm really expect Sam Cinder I'm really expect Samsung to fix this issue these errors internal programming issue or something I would trade out trade out to a core lesser core lesser Value phone at point this one's so hard to get to work right cool lesser Value phone at this point this one's so hard to get to work right it's about ready for the trash I've only had two months or we've had ours about 2 months they should have lasted longer than that so to Samsung that just needs to be resolved and fixed immediately. some company has knows about these a16s and all the problems they have had in production or having issues with them having too many issues with them in their software problems and whatnot yeah they're junk yes please Samsung company immediately please and thank you

I just wanted a basic functional phone unlocked so I can change carriers. This phone is a HUGE improvement from my Motorola moto g power! Motorola builds a sturdy phone but offers NO support. This Samsung fills the bill for my needs and has future support and updates from Android. It does goofy stuff sometimes but I'm still in the learning curve. Totally satisfied.

I am not happy with my purchase. My previous phone was the A15 and was a decent phone until it qut charging, so I upgraded, I thought, to the A16. I have had nothing but problems, such as touchscreen freezing, slow peformance, poor pictute quality, and the most annoying little problem the speak keyboard input aloud feature keeps turning on by itself and I have tried every tip and hint in the book but it still continues to turn on by itself. Complete disappointment in this phone. I lwould definitely not recommend this phone.

Galaxy a16 5g is no good at all . Very slow 5 seconds for apps to open. 5 more seconds to cycle through the apps pages no matter the app. Go to answer phone calls 10 seconds to open call settings . never buying samsung again. Cant even takevthe phone back for my money back . Waste of time and money . Samsug FE watch disconnects evenbas im sitting with my phone in hand and watch on wrist all of a sudden watch disconnects. The watch is also a waste of money . Stay away from samsung android through verizon

This was purchased for my daughter's first phone. It does everything it's supposed to and costs way less than a high end phone. My other 2 daughters have this same model going on a couple years with no issues other than one of them has a crack but the phone still works.

I bought this phone in national big box store.The phone was free with purchase of Service. So I though great a Samsung Phone. They're great! Except this phone was cheap and very buggy from the start. The memory is only 4gb and gets used up very fast if your doing more than one task and slows the phone down to snails pace. Then it drains the battery very fast from 100%-50% in a hour! Not to mention the phone get extremely hot! I would only recommend this phone for the most basic of smartphone user. If you need more power get the Galaxy S series phone. They are the best for a reason!

Dont do it. This will probably last u till u get home & then, it turns to poop. Phone can't process anything correctly. Always has UI issues. Loading an app takes fooooooorever. Again, don't do it. Rule of thumb, if its cheap, it ain't good. If its good, it ain't cheap.

The quality of this phone is fantastic. The build quality, the operating system, the screen, and many more is absolutely flawless. I've dropped it plenty of times and still don't have a cracked screen and nothing is broken. Very durable for the price. The performance is great for the price and I recommend it as a step up from a budget phone in performance. The screen looks great and feels great. Couldn't ask for a better screen size or feel.

Terrible battery life, does NOT even last a day. Must recharge often. Slow to reload content. Phone cannot block spam calls, even with the unknown caller not listed feature is turned on.

This product has been a good phone. With Galaxy AI, I will upgrade soon as this piece of equipment is not optimal anymore. However, I use this equipment for multiple actions. For example: phone calls, texting, emailing, researching, word processing, computing, and much more. This phone has been all I needed at the time of purchase. Now that I opened my own company, I need to upgrade to an even more sophisticated phone as I will be using the new phone for inventory, sales, reports, and much more .

I love my Samsung phone. It comes with lots of pretty cool features. My favorite is the Galaxy AI feature, I can get unique ideas on my bead work, and useful input on certain designs. My phone also has a Samsung TV account which I've been enjoying a lot because it does have good shows and movies as well. My boyfriend can watch his sports games and I can watch my TV series I've started. Im so pleased with my phone, best investment so far.
