Beautiful sounds

I recently installed The Terrace Outdoor Soundbar LST70T, and I am absolutely blown away by the performance. The acoustics are perfectly tuned for an open-air environment, ensuring that the audio doesn't just get lost in the background. Looks ok and the remote works.nice

Has good quality sound but turns off by no reason from time to time and I have to disconnect and reconnect power in order to make it work again.

Sound quality is superb outdoors
Clarity of sound throughout my backyard is unmatched with this product. Absolutely love the acoustics when watching a game or movie. The durability to handle the elements is exactly what I needed. Flawless functionality
This soundbar works flawlessly. Been using it daily and the sound is way better than any TV speakers. Its one of those things, you think why did I wait so long to get one?? Worth every penny. The sounds quality is great and works great with the TV remote so no issues whatsoever. I absolutely recommend this model.

Poor quality - poor customer service.
Product arrived with a small dent in the top of the soundbar. All seemed to work well and the dent wasn't noticeable so I rolled with it. Then over time it started dropping the wi-fi connection. By the time it was bad enough to call customer support I was 2 days past my warranty period. Of course, Samsung doesn't give a crap about doing the right thing and essentially told me to pound sand (through a thick Indian accent). I think they make the customer service experience so miserable that you put off calling and putting yourself through that misery just long enough for the warranty to expire. Smooth move on their part. Another reason I waited to call is because I had just dealt with a warranty repair on the Terrace TV I had ordered at the same time as the soundbar. That was such a miserable experience I needed to recover from that PTSD before I had the energy to call again for the soundbar. All around Samsung products suck in every way. Not user friendly, poor quality, have so much useless crap built into the TV's that they run incredibly slow. Terrible...Do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING else! I'd rather buy a cheap Vizio product and replace it ever 5 years than deal with the nightmare that is Samsung.
