I really like the value of this TV. I bought it for use outside on my covered patio and it is holding up well. It's not as bright as my OLED inside but it does well for its purpose. I love Samsung quality.

We've had numerous Samsung TVs over the years. My wife and I would not consider buying another brand as we have always enjoyed the quality of Samsung TVs. We sold our condo and the buyer wanted the wall mounted Samsung TV so we let it go. In our new home we needed two new TVs so, of course, we bought Samsung and went with the 75 inch QLED. On both, the picture is bright and the contrast is sharp; the sound is crystal clear. They were super easy to setup and connect to WiFi. Talk about smart, these TVs have so many apps that we'll never run out of things to watch. I can't speak highly enough about or new Samsung TVs. We highly recommend and know you won't be disappointed!

?Amazing TV, But Tragically Damaged ?When I first got this TV, the picture quality was absolutely incredible. It was so sharp and clear that it literally felt like I was sitting right on the set, directing the show myself! ?Sadly, just a month after buying it, my house caught on fire. While the TV survived, the picture has never been the same since the damage. ?The Bottom Line: Overall, I absolutely love this TV. I just truly wish I had a replacement for the one I lost!

Recently bought my TV, after about 8 years with my old Samsung Tv, finally decided to get a new one. Never had any issues with it, hope it goes the same way with this new purchase. Picture quality is top notch. Love that I can now pair my headphones with it. Sound quality is great, I did add a small sound system for my room though (I'm a night owl so I have to let everyone else sleep) but I've never been happier knowing I can pair my headphones to it. I am and will continue to be a Samsung fan. You get more than your moneys worth.

Screen is bright and clear. Colors are vivid. The only drawback I have experienced is sunlight from rear of viewer causes glare on screen.

I'm not happy with the different SW used on this model than my other models. I've found it extremely difficult to get my surround sound going on this TV. This definitely lets me know I have to really play with the controls before I buy.

The TV buffers regularly usually when I am changing channels or when Spectrum sends a request to let them know that I am still watching. When i respond it buffers and I have to go to another app in order to stop the buffering. It also loses close captioning at least once per day.

My 2 1/2 year old 55" OLED tv is showing a white vertical line from top to bottom. Called Samsung who reminded me the one year warranty has expired but they would send a technician to diagnose issue. Repairs at my expense. They are coming Tuesday. Will let you know how Samsung stands behind their product soon and I can hopefully upgrade my review!

Do not like at all. Hair, beards, and skin all look weird. Remotes don't work half the time. Sound is off. Get a blue or black screen almost every other day.

I would say this TV is just okay. As far as it responding to what you type in or what you're doing with the remote that's fine. I also do really like the remote because it doesn't have batteries and it is rechargeable. But that's about the best thing with it. It always has a really hard time connecting to the internet. I've never had a TV. Had issues like this and nothing in my house. Has any issues connecting. We always have to turn it on and off or unplug it for a while and let it reset. A lot of times there are apps that won't work on there either, like if I want to watch Netflix then I have to click the YouTube app first and then go back to the Netflix app to get it to work. Because of the massive connection issues with this TV that happened so often. If I didn't get this TV for free when I switch to Verizon internet, I definitely would have returned it.

Overall satisfied, downgrade is due to the sound, which is terrible. You will need a sound bar or some other sound system, so you will need to factor that into the cost.

Setting up the TV was difficult. it took us DAYS to figure out how to get the local channels. Like WSOC, WBTV, etc. We were not expecting to automatically get 400 channels ..... that we will never use. My husband figured it out after a few days. Still, i think it is presumptuous to assume that everyone wants or needs 400 channels.

The picture is amazing. That being said, after several weeks of use, I am having audio problems. Audio levels fluctuate and are accompanied by a snapping or popping sound coming through the speakers. It happens both with the TV speakers and the surround sound speakers. I've tried all the potential fixes that I've found online with no success. Should I address the problem with Samsung or Amazon?

The TV is fine, but I hate the remote. I usually use the Roku, and that works great. I am having issues with the DVR on Direct Tv, so I watch the DVR shows directly from the TV. Can't fast forward through the commercials, and can't adjust the volume. Found out that I can use the remote for the Roku to adjust the volume.

This model is a masterpiece of configurability. The display is crisp and vibrant. The lightning fast response of the solar-charging capable remote control is impressive. It seamlessly adapts to other functions - such as my Xbox controller. I've used Samsung TVs (and phones) for many years and this is another successful step forward on their excellent design! The TV looks great. The colors really pop. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is difficulty with my replacement universal remote (not a Samsung brand). I have two Samsung TVs and the remote will control both TVs at the same time. I can't find a way to have it only control the original TV and not this one. For brand loyalty, seems like this is something a person should be able to do.

The picture on this TV is great I like the hi definition picture. the only problem we have when we turn it on it goes to Samsung TV. We would prefer it went to Dish which is what we normally watch.
