I am fascinated with my first ever OLED TV. I chose S90F out of recommendations from RTINGS. I immediately noticed these improvements over my older 2021/22 QLED Samsung TVs: 1) Much brighter, sharp and outstanding brilliance in dark room 2) Much better and faster/improved Tizen OS 3) Lots if bells and whistles. However, I only wanted to use it as a display for my Apple TV The cons include: 1) Out of the box color calibration was incorrect specially for faces that looked orange. I needed to google for it and luckily found a way to fix the HDR color issue after attempting a custom gamut setting to BT.2020 and even a factory reset 2) The factory reset muted my Dolby audio from my Apple TV. Only recourse for now was to set it to Stereo. I am confident that TVOS 24.4 and/or a future Samsung update beyond 1203 should fix this one

Needs better functionality for use as a simple display. Given the seamless frame design, wanted to use in an employee entrance for displaying slides of various information for employees. TV doesn't seem to like the simple feed as it constantly freezes the display on a single shot until fully reset.

48" OLED. After four weeks it began to switch itself off then on again. Internet research says this is a common issue with a poorly soldered circuit board. To have it fixed (it's under warranty) I would have to drive 45 miles to a service center. Next time I'll buy an LG.

Great color, brightness and black blacks. Hung it in the garage to watch movies from the hot tub. Great to watch movies while relaxing in the hot tub. Using wifi connection and only using streaming apps. Have tablo for local channels.

I went from a 5 year old 8k Neo QLED tv to this most recent 4k OLED. The biggest question I get is can you tell the difference? Yes. The OLED is better at processing dark colors without blooming and significantly enhances all colors and makes them pop. The 4k quality is great and shows a good amount of details, but there is a noticeable difference when comparing to the 8k model where then8k excelled, the 4k lacks. Even with minimal 8k content, the 8k samsung was still able to optimize the picture and enhance it to a noticeable difference. But there was drawbacks like blooming and judders and the one connect box failing and there being no way to repair or replace it through Samsung or their repair services which then ended up being a very expensive paper weight and the main reason I bought this 4k oled. I would highly recommend this tv. The TV runs smoothly and the colors pop, the TV is incredibly thin, light weight and near bezel less. I think the price is appropriate, screen brightness is appropriate and if you have it in a dark room then there is no need for the anti reflecting coating on the higher tier model of the oled. The 8k qn900b I hated, this s90f oled I actually love. Worth the money.

I recently bought the Samsung S90F 77 inch OLED TV and I'm honestly blown away. The picture quality is incredible. Colors are vibrant, blacks are super deep, and everything looks sharp and smooth, especially during movies and sports. The screen size feels cinematic without being overwhelming. It also looks beautiful in the room with its slim design, and the smart features are fast and easy to use. Overall, I'm really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a premium big screen experience.

I've been using the 77-inch S90F daily and the picture quality is excellent. Brightness is strong for an OLED and HDR highlights really pop. Contrast is what you want from OLED, deep blacks with great shadow detail. Sharpness in 4K content looks clean and natural. Upscaling does a great job with lower-resolution streaming, keeping faces and text clear. Motion is smooth in sports and fast action with minimal blur.

The picture quality is unparalleled, the brightness is doesn't ever seem inadequate. The contrast is also mostly there. The picture is sharp and smooth. I have not seen AI upscaling closely but seems like it works really well too.

I bought this TV and it was delivered Monday 2/23. For 2 days it worked great and was beautiful. I calibrated to the Rtings settings for both HDR and SDR content. Wednesday night i was watching a movie on prime HDR10+ and i noticed the colors were really off with orange and red being obnoxiously loud, especially around the face and lips. I tried other apps and it was happening there too. I found a few threads and tried the full turn off and on by holding the power button, didnt work. I factory reset and that did the trick. Now i am paranoid when watching that it will keep reoccuring based on other people with the issue. For how much money i just spent on this TV this seems unacceptable. It is apparently a known firmware issue/bug and not a TV issue. Has samsung said if they are going to be releasing an update to fix this Bug? It looks like it has been around for close to a year now. I am on the newest firmware and this a brand new TV...

The TV is very bright with wonderful colors. My old tv was very hard to recognize things in dark scenes, now its way better than before. The remote is responsive and netflix app launches very quick. When I turn on Playstation 5 the tv launches together, which is pretty convenient for me. I like the thin sleek design.

Have had a few lesser expensive qleds and upgraded to OLED and its the best. Brightness is better than I anticipated even with quite a bit of sun in the room. The contrast especially for gaming is unreal. Smoothness and color accuracy are noticeably better than my 2023 qled. Surprisingly even the speakers for a flat screen impressed me with the audio quality. Ill still upgrade to a sound bar soon but it wasnt a day 1 necessity. Overall I would absolutely buy again for the price point.

Got this tv for primary gaming purposes with ps5 pro. Way better than my 2020 qled TV. More brighter and colorful. Sound is better and tv is thinner.

This is by far the best TV I've ever owned. Coming from a non-OLED Sony, this is just miles ahead. Not in software, I think Sony has the best software for TVs, but picture quality, brightness, smoothness, everything is just spectacular. For my first Samsung TV, this did not disappoint...but impressed!

I've owned several high-end TVs over the years, and this 83" S90F genuinely impressed me right out of the box. The OLED panel delivers incredibly deep blacks and vibrant colors without looking oversaturated. Dark scenes in movies finally look the way they're supposed to - no blooming, no washed-out grays, just clean contrast and detail. Brightness is stronger than I expected for an OLED, especially in a well-lit room. HDR content really stands out, and streaming 4K movies look crisp and sharp. Even standard HD content benefits from the upscaling - it's noticeably cleaner and smoother compared to my previous TV. Motion handling is excellent. Fast-paced sports and action scenes look fluid without that artificial "soap opera" effect when settings are adjusted properly. Gaming performance has also been very responsive with low input lag. The design is sleek and minimal, which works well in a larger space. At 83 inches, it's immersive without feeling overwhelming. The smart interface is fast and easy to navigate, and everything loads quickly. Overall, this TV feels like a true premium upgrade. Between the picture quality, smooth performance, and size, it's easily one of the best displays I've owned.
